Actually, Scotch.

That was in the running. It would have been scotch, rye, or Irish. Irish happened to win tonight. The bottles were conveniently placed. My second, and final glass is Redbreast cask strength. Very drinkable at 115 proof.

I actually prefer Irish to Scotch, neither are my favourite spirits but I find Scotch too "gloomy".
