what is the deal with these? seriously?! is the coffee hot when they inject it?! does your gas smell like coffee afterwards? this is a very crazy phenomena. coffee ITB for teh lose!!!
 
Just get some caffeinated lotion or soap from thinkgeek.com. Its much easier and a whole lot less uncomfortable.
 
I have never had coffee in my life, but this sounds like an interesting introduction to the stuff.
