I knew that I wouldnt be able to quit smoking if I was drinking. So I will not drink until I dont have any cravings. These Commit Lozenge things work pretty darn good!

Same here. Caffeine doesn't affect me really so it's pretty normal for me to kill 4-5 cups of coffee or a quad latte late in the evening.

but i usually drink at least a pot of coffee before i go to bed

Only with desert at a restaurant, or if I happen to be at a coffee shop. I don't drink coffee regularly, and I've never had decaf.

coffee doesn't seem to affect my sleep. I can drink 2 cups at 10pm, and still be in bed by 11.

Yes, I drink coffee at night to stay awake. Colombian Supremo and Kona Blend together is quite high in caffeine.
