somehow I'm not surprised.
somehow I'm not surprised.
I'm not 100% sure what assault entails, but it appears she was a wholly willing party in the deal. This is why I believe pay-for-sex should be legal. If the girl was 18, what's the difference at that point.
Did I miss where she was mistreated in a way?
While I agree, I think the problem was she was described as "under 17". I mean let's be real she was a hooker (they met on "sugardaddymeet"), but if she's underage, then even as a hooker, he's going to get raked over the coals for it.
Yes, exactly. So for his case, if he was underage girls, throw the book at him.
I just don't agree with paying for sex being illegal. Hypothetically, he would have just gone to a brothel and payed for an 18 year old if that's his thing.
If only he had a gun.
According to the website, you have to be 18 and older to be a member.
If this girl registered on the site then she obviously lied.
That website should have something in place to verify age.
The expectation is that anyone he meets was of legal age.
If he knew what her age actually was and still went ahead then guilty as charged.
If girl testifies that she never told him her age then this is one of those cases where I just don't have the words.
I don't know what Texas law is on this or what the deal is with that website is.
I'm not doing anymore searches on that site...I can tell you that much.
Yeah hopefully hookers become the next Marijuana and we get youth to advocate for it.
Actually, of all things... the whole #MeToo movement bullshit should be all over advocating for that.

The guy is on the run in taiwan?
Personally I'm neither surprised or not surprised because I see little connection between the two things.https://www.cbsnews.com/news/cody-w...e-charged-child-sex-assault-today-2018-09-19/

17 YO is NOT a child. Not even 15 YO is a child.
