http://www.dealsonic.com/cocggrblbrmi.html - Briza-99 for $55

Great aesthetics IMO, it has some bling to it but its not over the top, I also like the Mac rip off look. I'm about to pull the trigger, but I have a couple concerns:

1) Cooling - Not going to do any crazy OC'ing, but I would like it to be cool in there.
2) Build quality - I hate cheap feeling cases, and reviews of the previous model mostly say its a flimsy case. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811182563 (Briza 97)
3) Codegen brand not sitting well with me for some reason.

I found two reviews of this case, both in German. They appear to recommend the case and their negative comments were directed mostly at the PSU (which I plan on junking immediately).

If this case sucks, I'm looking for an ATX case that doesn't look like an alien. Preferably in black, with a side window, with no door, and around $60.

Any comments?

The Kingwin 523 on the same page at dealsonic (color cases). It comes w/window and
2-120mm fans. Build is good in reviews.

That case was also sold under the Vtech brand and there are reviews of it under that name too. The ones I saw said it does feel a bit flimsy, but if you aren't hard on your equipment, then that shouldn't be a problem. What bothers me is that there are almost no modern conveniences inside and that the cooling is all 80mm. Pretty sorry in this day and age. Another ATer says the Codegen PSUs are decent, but that one is for older systems that are mainly powered off the +5 rail. You might be able to get a few bucks out of it on eBay.

I second the Kingwin mentioned by GY. It has 120mm cooling and more modern conveniences.

But if all you're after is style, the CG should be OK.

Thanks for the input.

About the Kingwin case--sorry, I should have mentioned that I need a doorless case.

I found the Vtech one (V-Tech X-Focus 7104H), but it seems to be different: http://www.extremetech.com/article2/0,1697,1854240,00.asp
The extremetech article emphasized all the holes made it loud. Thats not good.

I'd say functionality and style have equal priority for me when looking for a case. It really needs to have both.
