Codegen 480W Dual Fan

Hello, I`m buying a new computer and I have a dillema about power supply unit. I have around 35 euros to spend on it, and I was thinking about Codegen 480W Dual Fan, but I read over the net, that Codegen supposed to be "not that reliable". Other option is Chiefteck 360W Enhance 1136H, and it costs the same as Codegen.
I`m not overclocker freak, and I will have AMD 2800+ (754), Epox 8kda3j, 512 Kingmax, 120 WD sata, Asus 9550 128, two optical drives, and maybe later i will have one more RAM, one more HDD, and a tv-card.

I wouldn't get either of them. You also don't need a 480w PSU. A good quality 350w would be sufficient. Akasa, Antec (Smart Power), Cooler Master, Enermax, Enlight, Fortron,
Sparkle, Tagan, TTGI (Super-Flower & Link Depot) & Vantec all make quality PSU's at low prices.
