Codecs ?

I have a video that will play on my desktop but won't play on my laptop. It says it needs Indeo codecs 5.10. I can find it on my desktop under controll panel/Sounds and Audio devices, hardware tab/Video Codecc/properties. But it won't let me copy it and I can't find it were the rest of the codecs are in the Window/System32 folder. I've looked online also and can only find them for sale on the indeo web site. Any ideas?
