Code 12 on new PNY 6200 Video Card (AGP)

I purchased a 128MB GeForce 6200 PNY Verto videocard to replace my old Ti200. I stick the card in, make sure it's seeded right and boot up. Suddenly I'm in 640x480 land and even after installing the drivers and such, nothing's happening. And when I go to Device Manager, it says "Code 12" Can't find enough resources for this item. Is there any way to fix this?

did u install drivers from cd or the intrawebs? get it off the net

did u run drivercleaner and all after uninstalling the old drivers BEFORE installing card
