CoD4 question

Does anyone know if the pc and mac cd-keys are interchangeable? I own the pc version, and my friend has the cd's for the mac version. I wanna use my cd key to install it on my mac, and if possible transfer over my game profile so I can play online.

You can definitely copy the profile, and I think you should be able to use the CD key for both as long as you aren't playing at the same time.
