if any of you still play this can you answer a question or two for me.

1- how many people are generally online? Do you have trouble getting into matches?
2- is there alot of hacked servers and cheaters running around? I only ask this due to the ps3 getting hacked. I know it really messed MW2 up and I would like to enjoy cod4 again.

I will not play black ops as the game really sucks and sometimes MW2 pisses me off pretty bad with the one man army and non stop noob tubes raining down from above.
I really enjoyed cod4 back in the day and I would like to get back into it but if there is a shit load of cheaters I probably wont even waste my time playing it
 
There were hacked servers and cheaters on this game long before the ps3 was blown wide open. You have to remember that the ps3 getting hacked isn't that new, it's just gotten a lot easier with the recent key findings.

However, I hear about a lot more cheating in MW2 than CoD4 so maybe it was never a big issue with that. I'm sure there's folk playing, just a lot less than there used to be.
