Is the accomplishments (unlockings) saved in a profile somewhere that can be transferred to my new build. I dont want to start all over again?

Also, I have unlocked red dot a on mp5 and another gun i think..but i do not see it show up? Is there a way to do that? Is there something wrong. I really like this game 🙂

I'm wondering the same thing about the profile move. I just got 55, and just put together a new PC. It's putting me at level 1 w/ the same CD key and profile name.
 
afaik, you can only back up your whole profile, but you can't migrate certain things like... starting from level 1 but keeping the bandolier perk (level 32). You either take everything or start from scratch.
 
it is a local file. just copy the whole players folder over and it should work just fine. at least it has for me and i have done it several times.
