COD4 only allowing normal texture settings?

Game PC in sig, why can't I choose high/maximum? Or is normal as high as it can go?

There isn't any option for model or water. As for textures? Likely you're playing on Windows 64-bit with 64-bit video drivers...and they likely lock out extra options. Check video forums over at ATi maybe.
