Played for about 30mintues. COD2 multiplayer is different that the original call of duty. And it's much better. Where shall I start?
The health system. I like this health system, you get hit, but with time, you heal up automatically. Totally unrealistic, but fun. You can still die from one headshot and one grenade, however easy it sounds, it gives you only a small tactical advantage that makes it more fun to play with. I actually think it is easier to get killed in this game.
The levels. They are much bigger and more complex with lot's of cover and free space. These new levels, including the old ones, which were modified to be more complex just feel better, wider, freer. It's not as easy to learn. Because of their complexity, it feels more realistic and makes the game more exciting.
The graphics. They kick ass. These are some of the nicest graphics available today, give or take a few things. The lighting and smoke are just... awwwsome.
The feel of the game. Although, they took out the sprint, which I think kinda sucked, everything feels totally different. It feels, more... idk. When you shoot, it actually feels like you are shooting unlike the original. It's totally more immersive than the previous game. Deathmatch was way too easy. Here, it's different.
And finally, there are actually new levels. Amazing. Unlike the crap that came out of united offensive. These along with new weapons, nothing new from united offensive except the shotgun and smoke grenade make this game better than the original multiplayer. Haven't had any vehicle combat yet though. I'm not a fan however, so good.
