In the D-Day level in the orchard, and then the next level where you retreat, my framrate is TERRIBLE....I mean sub 20...dropping to 5 or so if I zoom in on a gun...I even put my nvidia driver control panel to "High Performance" (shimmering!!!) but still, if I zoom I can't do crap....

Before that level, I got around 50 FPS (never dropping down below 30) what the hell is this?

I didn't find any patches for the game...this is just version 1.0.
 
I run a 6800GT @ Ultra, and gave up trying to run DX9 mode at 1280x1024. I went DX7 with 4xAA and AF, and it runs a lot better. It still looks good, but I know I'm probably missing out on a few graphical details.
 
I never use V-sync....its sickening that you'd have to disable DX9! If this is a general problem, they're going to need a patch....anyone else having these issues???
