It really is a gussied-up GI Joe. I liked GI Joe, and still look at it with a certain nostalgic fondness... hell, look at my handle/avatar. That doesn't change that I would not be surprised in the least if ninjas or swamp people with Australian accents showed up and started wrecking the place.

I probably will buy it, play through it just so I can have my say about the game. While I like the MW1, the 2nd one was already pushing it.
On anothet note, China invading us would be great! There'd be characters saying " I live for China" ala C&C Generals!

I dont care what the story is for the "story mode". What makes these games worth buying is the multiplayer. COD needs to come up with something new besides endless games of team death match. Battle Field owns them when it comes to having engaging multiplayer concepts, but then fails on polish of character movement and controls.

Like Black Ops before it this will be terrible. They will never recapture the glory of the firt Modern Warfare. CoD games are now lowest common denominator games.
