COD MP xbox 5fps

My guess is he's just noticing the slowdown and saying it's 5fps? I notice slowdown on console games but 5fps is like a slideshow, if it's only online my guess would be it's related to a poor connection but other than that I would think it's an overheating problem or something like that.
 
Yes, it s a slideshow.
Connection is not so good because xbox is far from router, but in every other mp game fps are perfect
