Cod Ghosts - dirty scope or its my GPU?

Sometimes when i zooming in weapon ( right click of mouse ) i get that "artifacts" on scope:

GPU temps is 75C. All other games and benchmarks runs ok. Is this game related or someting again with GPU?

Its very very rarely, but its happening. Anybody got the same problem from time to time? I have the newest drivers.
 
Without playing the game, that to me looks like an effect in the game. Does it randomly happen or does it happen during a certain point in the game?
 
Its happens very very rarely on that stage. Maybe 1 time of 60 times of lloading lvl. Normally and often scope is clear. Any suggestions?
 
Looks like an ACOG scope. Should be much clearer than that. I play on PS3 so this may not pertain, but on PS3, it never has looked like that as far as I can remember.
 
Let's start off with the simple stuff:

- Have you updated your GPU drivers?
- Have you tried disabling AA, AF, and other graphics features?
