CoD Blops worse than MW?

Hey Guys,

I've been reading loads of positive comments for Cod Blops recently, but personally I think that it's a lot worse, than Modern Warfare, am I alone?

I wasn't a fan of vanilla Black Ops, but I really like Hardcore TDM and hardcore DOM. A quick death, lack of radar, etc all adds a lot of strategy and takes away from the run / gun aspects of the game.

When you go to the Server Browser, look at the bottom where it says "Filters." In that, they'll be an option to display on Hardcore games.

Be ready to die quite a bit at the beginning, particularly if you're used to vanilla Black Ops.

Also, fear the Chopper Gunner.

That's cool, I've always played hardcore mode, any idea how to do it on a console? (I know this is the PC games section, but I tried posting this thread in Console games and the mods effectively deleted my thread and went a tad mental for some reason...)

CoD: Beta Ops is more like it. Yes the game sucks big time compare to MW2. Everything is under-developed and tested. If only MW2 have dedicated server support/get rid of Tubing, it would be the perfect FPS game.

After a couple more patches it will be better than MW2. That's assuming they actually make the changes everyone says they should make (fix spawns, bring back party system).

Dedicated servers are enough to make Black Ops better than MW2. Excluding that, they're about the same. I'm glad the killstreaks don't stack anymore, but beyond that I still like both.

We dont need the party system.. Just give us the ability to switch teams (or choose teams at the beginning). That will make it easy to play with friends.

Also, a /connect command would be very nice. Other than that, Black Ops is great in my book

The game could be way behind MW2 in every aspect and still be worlds better just because they included dedicated servers. IW was fucking retarded for not putting dedicated servers in MW2.

The only reason to play it over MW1 is 1) A lot more people are playing 2) It's something new and 3) The graphics are slightly better. MW is definitely a better game.

Modern Warfare had a much better single player campaign, and I actually preferred the multiplayer portion over Black Ops. If they would just have given Modern Warfare dedicated servers it would have been perfect.

In all honesty the whole dedicated server thing was never an issue for me, as I don't play online, so i'll be heading back to modern warfare until blops has been plopped.
