i am going to buy a cobalt raq3 from www.uk2.net
it`s got a 10gb hd so it`s good for bout 250 websites

how easy is it to configure ( virtually ) as i will not physically have my hands on it gotta work it remotely.

the thing that is worrying me is how do i get all my websites of which i have boiught several domain names from different companies ... to point to my server ?

will i be charged 4 this.

what`s your thoughts please.

thankyou, ANY ADVICE no matter how little is much appreciated ;-)

cheers to all

Ohh I saw that... goddamn that's cheap for a dedicated server.
I think that uk2 set it all up for you

hi Craig, setting up cobalt is preety simple and straight forward. You can do it from their management control panel which is easy to use.

If you need to do advanced management, you can telnet into the cobalt server and do your management from there.

how much are you getting it for ?
I can probably find a better deal for ya. PM me or email at err@errsolutions.com

cobalt raqs suck...we have two for our network...1 has already bit the dust because of too much traffic and so forth...

a very annoying thing is that, setting up password protection on sites is a real pain. according to cobalt's site, its unsupported! I'd look to a different server...my 2cents.
