Coaxial Switches

Manual or automatic, do they exist?

Could not find any on monoprice

ps: not talking about digital coax (RCA). I am referring to basic cable used for satellite/ota/cable

I want an easy way to switch between my basic cable and my ota antenna (which both use coax)

This has got to be one of the simplest, cheapest, oldest, and widely available things out there. They started doing these in the early 80's when home video games and VCR's and cable started putting something other than rabbit ears on your coax.

For satellite though I wouldn't use it or even for digital cable. You want something certified up to and past 1800mhz.

I won't be using it for satellite..

Just for switching from cable to OTA without having to sit there screwing the connector in for 5 minutes behind the tv

Radio shack sells one for $17, or you can get a pretty cheap one for $5 at home depot. I got my last one from my cable company for free, so you might want to check with them.
