What is better for transferring video from a vcr into a computer?

Coax or the rca video-audio cables.

I will be transferring off from a vhs tape into an ATI All in Wonder 9600 Pro.

Thanks everyone.
 
RCA will be better because it will skip the tuner.
Coax requires the additional steps of going through tuner.
Both suck, but RCA sucks less (never thought I would say that).
