With the rough economy and layoffs our company is looking to save money where it can and I am hoping to find a video conferencing solution to save on un need trips between our two branches. We had a Tandburg system and one of the two units is damaged. I am looking for alternatives with much less of a price tag. Tanburg requires a maintenance agreement of 1500 per year to operate. Id like to find a video conferencing system that would be adequate but does not have to be supreme HQ.
I have used Skye in the past and that would be my last option for saving money but I am curious if there are other units out there in the 3k range that dont have a yearly or monthy added cost.
