Co-Location networking

I was thinking of building a redudant file server on a co-lo site but not sure if it's as secure as it seems or anyone can walk in and pull the plugs 🙂
 
Good co-lo hosts put each server in a locked cage and have 24x7 security. It's easy to figure out how secure and reliable your co-lo will be by asking how they secure it, and writing into the contract the right to show up unannounced to inspect the server at any time, on any day.
