CNR Modems: Are any available?

I've upgraded my motherboard to an Asus CUSL2-c which has no ISA slots which means I have to dump my old ISA modem. I've been reading about CNR modems, but am unable to find any to purchase. Are they available? What's the deal with CNR anyhow?

They never really caught on....Why would a manufacturer limit
themselves to CNR when all (just about) MBs have PCI slots.....
When talking WinModems there's no cost savings between CNR and PCI...
