CNPS7000A Al-Cu, K8N Neo Platinum, and ARCTIC COOLING??

I have the MSI K8N Neo Platinum and would like to buy the CNPS7000A Al-Cu, but I'm afraid it may not fit with my Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer(Rev 1) on my 9800Pro. I'm afriad there may not be enough room for it. Anyone have all these items in their case?

Radeon 9800 Pro

If the 7000A is made to work on the K8N Neo Platinum mobo (which I have) then it shouldn't have any issue with the AC cooler. I have an AC cooler on my 6800GT with a Thermalright XP-120 and I still have some room between the heat pipes and the video card. I wouldn't try using the processor cooler with a double sided VGA cooler (like the ones from Zalman) but if it's made to work with 'normal' video cards you should have no trouble at all.

I had the 7000 on my NEO2 and the back plate of my vga silencer on my 9600XT would rub against the zalman...I also didn't like the abount of pressure the zalman put on the MB, so I switched it out for a XP-90...my temps are now better and no space problems.
