Were they Black Panthers? I dunno, they just look like 2 Black dudes in uniforms standing out front of a building entrance. The only persons appearing "intimidated" is the dude holding the camera and yammering away about stuff. He talks to the 2 Black dudes who answer his questions and seem kinda curious as to why the guy is taking pictures of them, but otherwise they are just standing there doing nothing.

Is it "obtuse" to demand some kind of Proof regarding "Intimidation" or even who these guys are?

there is a BIG difference between organized voter intimidation and an isolated incident. both should be handled by law enforcement and reported on but to dwell on an isolated incident and make it anything more than that is disgusting.

Actually they've been telling the police to stay away from the polling places where the majority of voters are African American as not to intimidate them, at least that's what they said in that link in the OP.

No one is okay with this situation. But an accusation is being made that they are there intimidating voters and no proof has been given of it.

IF they are shown to be doing what they are accused of, arrest them and charge them with voter intimidation.

But more information has to be given to show that the accusation has any validity.

Hmm there was another white standing there which seem to not be having any problems. There was a white girl behind them talking on her cell, didn't look like she was having any problems. And at the end of the video you see whites walking out looking ok. So...................
