There is a quickvote on cnn.com right now that is asking "Should states be allowed to regulate sex between consenting adults? "

Of course I voted 'No' but to my suprise the results displayed 812 - YES | 0 - NO

Anyone else getting this BS?

i remember the first year i moved here (VA) i saw something about a wife taking her husband to court because of anal...they were getting a divorce or something to that effect.

another case I recall is a 'reported robbery' the police busted in and found two guys in bed...took them away...i'll try and find some sort of link

Sodomy laws typically are "ad on offences"

You are getting a hummer from a 17 year old girl cops catch you. you gat charged with statutory rape and sodomy.

MN repealed it's sodomy laws about two years ago and I remember thinking when did we have our last arrest for this law?

Folks....the key word is 'regulate'.

How can you regulate anything by law?

Do you have sex 7 times a week or 1 time a week? Do you make your coffee using 1/4 cup less water or 1/4 cup more water? Do you use single-ply or double-ply toilet paper? Do you vacuum everyday?

Anybody want to regulate????
