Even more incredible for Trump was that 73 percent of viewers said the policies proposed in the speech would move the country in the “right direction,” with only 24 percent saying otherwise.

The speech left 56 percent of viewers saying they are “more likely” to vote for Trump.

"Hard to reconcile media's gloomy assessment of Trump's speech with CNN poll that found 75% of voters viewed it positively."

So now we have the GOP battleground states approving of Trump, liberal-claiming-Republican Joe Scarsborough, and now the CNN poll. I'll be impressed if Hillary can pull poll numbers like that after her speech with Repubs praising it. Let the fun begin!

I, for one, cannot WAIT for Hillary's handlers to break out the 'worked a wrestlemania and took a Stone Cold Stunner' angle. I'm actually kind of amazed they haven't already.

Then again, he's already done better than Linda McMahon ever managed to.

This would have been appropriate at the Nuremburg rally in 1938.

I know, right?

Well, I don't see a singular name emblazoned anywhere suggesting that the individual on stage is more important than the country they are trying to lead.

Look at how TRUMP squashes those flags.

Prepare to be sent off to the Gulag for ignoring your bi-weekly timeshare fees.

I've told you before, please, prepare yourself for at least 4 years of Billary. You cannot undo what is now decades of outright liberalization of made politically correct students, who grow into voting adults, breed more idiots like them, and a liberal media working in partnership with always liberal Hollywood both actively and subversively pushing liberal ideology. We've simply hit critical mass where the amount of voting people who aren't liberal idiots has been matched, or exceeded, by those that are. It will only get worse from here. Just make money and enjoy the downward spiral, at least there will be tons of the fools waiting on you in your retirement... :D

Free brand promotion on a scale beyond even the Donald's imagination. He needs to wait until October and then drop out.

Seriously, you should stop with the conspiracy theories and start taking some personal responsibility.

Why is it that liberals post comments like this? I just dont see it on the conservative side.

It's representative of the different moral standards between the two parties. I'm not risking the ban hammer to elaborate. ;)

we "liberals" assume that conservatives masturbate and self-fellate to images of their strong-man autocrats to induce a sense of satisfaction and self-worth that replaces the dark empty core at the center of their soulless hearts.

conservatives assume that liberals run around at night killing babies and ripping unborn fetuses from the wombs of terrified mothers, all while happily stealing the guns of proud and white Americans, cackling with glee as poor black people shoot each other to death.

It confuses me why you think your moral standards are superior.

I also encourage anyone who thinks conservative moral standards to be superior to listen to right wing talk radio for a week. The invective you will hear thrown at liberals is simply staggering. The foaming rage is truly disturbing.

I saw a lot in Thursday's GOP show-some that brought the Nazis to my mind. Trump comes across as a fascist. What ever happened to the notion of government of the people, by the people and for the people? I had to think that a lot. This DJT guy is trying present himself as the fuhrer, the one guy on the planet who can save us. Take his word for it? He can't substantiate that at all but he keeps repeating it. I refuse to take his word for it, but as one of Hitler's lieutenants said, say a lie long and often enough and people will accept it as the truth.

And Speedy, you should stick to promoting the GSW, you were doing much better there. You are seriously fail in the presidential race arena.

Yeh, but who actually watched Trump bloviate for an hour other than the Repub faithful?

In that context, his favorability should have been 90%, but it wasn't.

To be fair, SP33dy really only promotes Curry. He supports the Warriors and their regular season record only so much as Curry is part of it (He supported the Cavs in the finals)

It's just part of his respect/love fantasies for individuals above groups. For dictators above country.

Um, yeah. Republicans just accuse Obama and Hillary of being terrorist sympathizers. That's much classier.
