Can someone lock this traitorous, orange fvck up already?!?!
Sadly he'll probably get away with this because he declassified this already in his wet dreams and his Magat followers will eat this up, no problem.
Or not just their party, but mainly themselves. I saw you meant Milley, but yeah. Commander in Chief acting like an angry 10 year old is no bueno. It's terrifying sometimes to think of what might have happened had our military been in the hands of someone who loved their party more than.the Constitution.
70M+ enraptured idiots and evil fuckheads is what is enabling this. Other politicians toe his line to avoid getting primaried by this enraptured base. What I don't understand are the judges like Cannon, who are not so beholden to him, but are seemingly part of the cult anyway. I guess it's just selling their souls out of greed to move higher via scumbag appointments.I mean, what am I missing here that could possibly make some kind of sense out this self-powered downward spiral of worsening insanity?
I don't believe it is.I cant tell if this is satire.
Its been said numerous times... I mean at one point you have to realize it's one self that needs adjusting, realigning. How can this one guy keep surprising me.I don't think so.
"His aide Margo Martin, who regularly tapes conversations with authors to ensure accuracy, recorded the conversation"
"Also in attendance was Trump aide Margo Martin, who regularly taped conversations authors had with the former president to ensure his comments were reported accurately."
The aide to the former president recorded several conversations, including one in which Trump is said to have acknowledged he retained a classified paperwww.newsweek.com
I don't know how to break it to you all, but the tape actually helps Trump's case and exonerates him.
Unfortunately, it's probably just human nature at work: people who hold tightly to an idea will more often double down on that belief in the face of contradictory evidence, as it's mentally easier to continue support than to admit they're wrong. Especially when Trump has a large yet cult-like following, and that admission would involve acknowledging some pretty heinous acts (subversion of democracy, frequent lies, fraud, corruption and of course leaking secrets). How judge Aileen Cannon will try to sabotage this case against Trump is what's going to be more interesting than listening to Trump rat on himself time after time.
And what's really amazing is that the more he implicates himself as to the charges being brought against him, the higher his ratings get. So here we have a crime lord being hailed as a victimized heroic martyr because he can't help making things worse for himself and he's adored and supported even more for it?

Compromise? No. Far too much other evidence that this one thing, if gets thrown out won’t make a difference. As bad as the initial word of this call and then the transcript, Jack Smith needs to lock down everything during the trial prep. But once all the orange monkeys lawyers get security clearance, wonder if they’ll put their butts on the line and they leak stuff? Is this leak going to compromise the case in any way--some argument about tainted Jury pool or whatever?
Also why on earth would it get thrown out? Not to mention if Cannon tried to Calvinball it out this recording took place in New Jersey so you just charge him again there for retention and dissemination.Compromise? I don't know how independents failed to see this in 2016. I'm not that bright and I could spot it 100 miles away.more independents now understand just how bad he is. And while the GOP base may be fiercely loyal, I don't think that base is large enough to carry an election.
Let's be honest: independents aren't always very observant. They'll look at the superficial aspects of a candidate (and Trump is all surface, no substance). Sometimes indies even vote for the opposing candidate because it's "their turn," as if this person is a kid waiting to use the slide at the local park.I don't know how independents failed to see this in 2016. As stated by @tweaker2 I think Cannon is the biggest problem with this case. Supposed he is found guilty, despite sentencing guidelines what if she just gives him time served and he gets to walk out doing no time in prison?
Equally problematic a rogue juror who nullifies a guilty verdict. Vior dire is going to be a bitch.
