Personally I think the video reflects poorly on both women, both of whom seem wildly melodramatic. The irony of Eltahawy being a journalist and engaging in this behavior is not lost on me. That being said, I'd have a hard time calling this criminal assault because she goes out of her way over and over to avoid painting the other woman, and ultimately the other woman is the first one to lay hands on the other person in the confrontation. The whole thing seems like asshole-on-asshole "crime."

The Judge denies he said he is a Muslim, but the Atheist taped the court proceedings and he clearly does say he is a Muslim. What can you do though other than hope the man dresses up as Muhammed again this year ?
