CNG Tanks...Where to buy

I am going to be buying a 1997 expedition with expired CNG tanks, but I can't seem to find any anywhere besides ebay and a few on craigslist. Utah has a huge infrastructure and natural gas is super cheap here. So it just makes sense. Now I just need to find some tanks...2 @ ~8GGE
