Place order for an IBM 60GXP on Wednesday, recieve noticed it will be shipped within 2 business days (Friday). Friday, 6PM rolls around, nothing. I email them and recieve what i think is a form mail. So I wrote back. It's Monday at 10PM. No reply, and it still hasn't been shipped. They don't answer the phone. If I can't get ahold of them tomorrow, it's... CHARGEBACK!

check resellerratings.copm...they're not rated too high...I was gonna buy a 60gxp from them the other day but thought twice after seeing reseller ratings

Yeah, I've read numerous stories about cnetpc's lack of service, they aren't the greatest company to deal with. I stick with newegg, crucial and local stores.

i just had a go around with cnetpc (which is z-buy.com)
they ALWAYS have the lowest prices for stuff as a come on
and so, they had the lowest price on a PIII 1GIG a friend wanted, so I ordered it online from them
they sent me back an email that my credit card co. refused my shipping address, and could i give them another?
i emailed them that crucial just passed an order with that same shipping address, that maybe you should try submitting the order again
they ignored this completely, saying send us the bank phone number
i replied that i was growing tired of this, so just cancel my order. "cancel" was in red, 36 point type.
in the meantime, i called the credit card co., and as it turns out, my shipping address was on "page 2", and that if the vendor didn't call, it would be refused.
i then sent another email, apologizing, saying that my credit card co was at fault, but i already ordered from someone else and thank you.
three days later the bank called saying the charge for cnetpc that i called about was still pending, and what did i want to do?
simultaneously, i got another email from Mr. Yi, that "although you have responed to us you did not send out a verifiable shipper address, so we are forced to cancel your order".
in other words, all my emails were irrelevant to the question at hand
the only conclusion i can make is that there is actually no one at cnetpc WHO UNDERSTANDS A WORD OF WRITTEN ENGLISH!!!!!
Quite disconcerting.
