CMZ4GX3M2A1600C9 and Haswell, compatible?

I was going to computer shop just now to upgrade my computer, telling them I want to buy:

MSI Z87-G45
Intel Core i5-4430
Corsair Vengeance 1600C9 2x2GB CMZ4GX3M2A1600C9

And the seller told me that CMZ4GX3M2A1600C9 is not compatible with Haswell. Which made me leaving the shop and here I come, asking in here

So, is CMZ4GX3M2A1600C9 and Intel Core i5-4430 compatible, or not?
 
In my own experience, any memory that runs on SB or IB will run on Haswell. In my experience the same memory overclocks better on Haswell than SB or IB, so you should have no issue with stock speed memory designed for SB in a Haswell machine.

There may be an issue with the height of those heat sinks though though. Sticks that tall can interfere with some CPU coolers.

I will be using stock CPU cooler that come with the CPU, so it won't be a problem.
