CMOS Settings Wrong? Help...

Well.. I got a problem.

Motherboard is ASUS P4C800-E

I just installed a new hard drive and got this problem.. for some reason?:

When I boot the computer nothing shows up.. it goes into something like standby mode and when I hit a key on the keyboard after a few seconds it starts to boot up.. at this point I can't do anything.

The keyboard disables and I can't enter BIOS. It keeps booting then it stops and says:

CMOS Settings Wrong
CMOS Date/Time Not Set
Press F1 to enter setup(which I cannot do because the keyboard does not work.. I tried different keyboards as well)

If I unplug the keyboard.. it boots fully into windows but the mouse stops working

I moved the CMOS jumper to pins 2-3 and back after 10 seconds.. but it still says the same thing.

Help >.<
