CMOS RAM failed

Well I leave my pc on 24/7 and this morning it was hanged (dont know for how long) when I try to use it. So I restart and it would hang moments after booting into windows xp. So I run this dos system checking ultity (pc doctor v1.6 Burn-In) and it said the CMOS RAM pattern test failed. So anyone knows now to fix this?

and my motherboard is fic az11, 750 duron, 836 of sdram.

That might not even be a problem. That error always appears with systems whose clock has the century implemented in hardware.

Try a RAM test ... www.memtest86.com , and have a look at cooling and power supply.
