Anyone have the answer for the k7s5a cmos/batt low problem?Using board with 1.4 tbird and keep getting this error mssg. Thanks

What you (sort of) describe sounds like a fairly common problem with the K7S5A; bad CMOS battery. Seems they ship with these "low quality" batteries and you need to replace them to solve this. On the bright side, they are easily replaced and not expensive.

Pick yours: battery weak? forgot to move the CMOS Clear jumper to "Normal"? Got a PSU that doesn't feed at least 1.5 amperes on +5VStandby?

regards, Peter
