CMOS Defaults loaded, won't keep my settings...

For some reason my BIOS is giving me these messages everytime I reboot and I cannot figure out the problem. I got the same problem about a month ago, maybe less, and ended up getting a new CMOS battery and it resolved the problem. I really want to know what is causing this problem and hopefully find a permanent solution without having my computer down for weeks waiting for a RMA. If anyone has had these BIOS errors before please let me know what it could be.

AMD 3500+ (has di-electic grease on the pins from the previous owner most likely overclocking the crap out of it)
MSi Neo4-F (bought it brand new from NewEgg about a month or two ago)
Patriot XBL 1gb RAM (bought used about 6 months ago)
Antec 550w TPII (bought new from NewEgg recently)
Asus X850XT PE (bought from a seller here, he had never used it)
Raptor 74gb (found an 8mb partition on this drive when I formatted it tonight, I don't use partitions)

🙂

I hope it doesn't result in tons of downtime, having no computer is the pits 😛

It looks like I have some downtime ahead of me a day after receiving my X850XT PE...*sigh*

I'm going to call NewEgg to see if they will work with me on the problem.
