I bought the highly rated CM Stacker 830 a couple months back and praised it in my review here:

http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview...atid=37&threadid=1809297&enterthread=y

However after using it for a couple months now I'm just SICK of it.

-The doors unlike other reviews do NOT go on and off very easily.

-The cards did not seat properly without using very small washers under the standoffs in the PCI slot area hence causing mild stress on the m/b.

-Cable management just BLOWS.

-The Crossflow fan in my review lasted like 3 weeks before failing.

-The screws that hold cards in place are back behind the chassis out of reach without backing the motherboard tray out.

-It's a heavy beast to move around.

-With so many fans it gathers enough dust to for a desert sand storm.

-One of the hinges broke already.

For how big this beast is you would expect more hand room inside it like working on a 350 in a 69' Camaro engine compartment... well since the cable management sucks so bad the extra space turns into mish mosh of cables.

Yeah the airflow is bar none but I think I'm in the market yet again for something a little more conservative.

Yours is the first post I seen that had alot of complaints about the case. Most of what you complained about should have been obvious upon receiving the case IMO. Did you try to get a replacement for the broken hinge? I'm curious about that. My biggest concern for this case would be the potential dust intrusion with so many fans and no filter screen. Also I'm of the opinion that the crossflow fan wouldnt be ideal for this case. Better to go with 120mm fans instead. The reviews i have seen of the crossflow fan for this case are that its too loud. How often are you moving the case and how far? Its a big one so its the type you set it and dont take it anywhere. Not trying to be critical but trying to understand the why's of you not liking it in more detail.
