CM or Deepcool fan?

I don't really understand the hype around CM fans. Are they really worth it ?

1. Deepcool XFan

2. Cooler Master Fan SickFlow

CM one is 200 RPM faster and 1 dB quieter. The price difference is not that much. Need it for back panel to replace my cranky fan of 6 months old build.

Edit - I want the fan which is effective as well as quite. The current one is causing a headache.

Thoughts?

I don't hear any hype about CM fans. It's Noctua everyone's been hyping about for how many years now, five?
