Both psu wattage are good for r9 270x,hd 7970,7990,950-970,r9 280x?

How good is this psu and how long it last?

It's a mediocre at BEST PSU with absolute crap capacitors that will likely last 2-3 years on the high side.

If you are looking for a new PSU, look at an EVGA 550 Supernova G2, or a Corsair RM550X. Really, other than some higher end models, I avoid CM for power supplies. They have a special liking for crap capacitors (Jun fu, AsiaX, etc)

Those PSUs won't work with a 7950/7970/970 level card. I'd take a 350-400 Antec over it. Seasonic/Corsair are way better than entry level CM. High end CM is good however.
