how much does a clutch cost? should i go aftermarket or OEM?
do i need to replace the flywheel as well?

how much is labor generally?

car is a '93 civic, 120k miles on the original clutch. it's starting to slip.
 
Depends on the car. Clutch job on my 924S was nearly 4 digits in labor alone. On your Honda it will be much cheaper, almost certainly less than $500, probably less than $400.

You may not need a new flywheel, but you will certainly need the old flywheel re-surfaced. Replace the pressure plate and throw-out bearing as well as the clutch.
