Clubbing in vegas, guest lists?

So not having been to vegas before I'm not exactly sure how this works.

Is there anyway to get on the guest lists so we don't wait in line, I'm guessing you probably need to know a promoter? Anybody want to hook it up?

Thinking about hitting: rain, rum jungle and maybe studio 54 or voodoo lounge? Suggestions?

As long as you get in line at a decent time you shouldn't have to wait too long...show up before midnight and you'll probably be alright. Plus, you can always buy a few drinks at the bar and bring them to the line with you.

$20 cover is pretty standard. Studio 54 is a lot of fun; we stayed there from midnight until about 4:00AM. I've heard Rain is awesome (we didn't get a chance to go to that one), but the Palms is not on the strip, so you'll have to take a taxi if you want to go to Rain.

We usually got in line a little before midnight and probably waited 30 minutes to an hour for the more popular clubs. But that was over the weekend...it's usually less busy during the weekdays.

last time i was in vegas, we went to studio54, and it took about 10 minutes to go in.

Depending on age the club you should go to changes...for younger people ghost bar or pure are the best places to go. To skip the line you need to spend something like 60 bucks a head for the bouncer.
