Clout Visa card - any annual fee?

I guess this is a card for college students. Anyone know if it has an annual fee? I looked all over on their website but didn't see anything. Any experiences otherwise with it?

STAY AWAY FROM CLOUT!!! I had a visa card with them. Very high interest rate and terrible customer service. I would always get my bill from them like 2 days before it was due. WTF? I would call them and they would be no help.

It is a typical "student" credit card. They give you a pretty high limit and a really crappy rate. High limit + high interest = good for clout, bad for you. (if you carry a balance)

I just don't like the name.

I got one of those department store credit cards once. When the bill came, it said: "Make checks payable to:"

GE Capital Card Cons Co.

I assume "cons" is short for "consignment" or something, but the name really put me off. Now I just feel like I'm getting ripped-off every time I see it.
