Cloudmark Spamnet question

Anyone here use Spamnet? I've installed it and was wondering how it's supposed to work? After installation, I don't have a desktop icon or a start menu listing. Actually, all I do have is a spamnet.dll in Program Files\Cloudmark\. Is this normal? What's wrong??
 
When you start outlook it starts there should be buttons, and it should tell you something when you run Outlook for the first time after installation.
