It's OK. It's well worth the price (FREE).
My firewall at work may be hindering it a little bit. It definitely filters a pretty good deal of my spam (sometimes more than half of the spam I get gets caught, although sometimes very little).
My only real complaint is that things from Aptimus Value Net seem to always get through no matter how many times I block them.
