eMAG is probably quite similar to what CentriQ offers/offered. Lots of cores that aren't particularly strong. It is not a new CPU/company, it is a continuation of the Applied Micro X-Gene line. Basically X-Gene 3 with a new name.
As you recall, X-Gene didn't really have much success in the past and X-Gene 3 is delayed by a year or more due to the sale of the division and its reformation as Ampere. That won't help either.
