Cloud storage for simple task?

We have about a terabyte of data (nothing secure, mostly stock photos and the likes) that we'd like to move off of our file server. I'm thinking an affordable cloud platform would make more sense than an external hard drive. Any suggestion?

Well I was looking for acronyms (side effect of being in IT too long). My bad.

1TB is going to be a little expensive as far as the standard cloud storage goes.

That amazon pricing isn't bad at all though.

WD My Cloud personal cloud storage external HDD.
It's a NAS that is accessible remotely. Wouldn't solve onsite problems (fire, theft, etc) though.

Amazon Glacier or a service like Crashplan are great if it's just for off-site backups and you don't need to access the files regularly (if ever).

Some of the cloud storage prices aren't bad but 1TB would take a real long time to upload. I think most will only let you upload 100-250 mb at a time for starters.

I don't think the TOS says you can't use it commercially.

Amazon definitely allows commercial use.

It's pretty easy to use S3 storage with programs like Cloudberry, CrossFTP, Bucket Explorer.
