Cloths shopping

Well I decided earlier today that I needed to look good for my date tommorow. Having a free 1.5 hour period at the end of the day I ditched school (dismissed myself) and took the bus to the Mall. After walking back and forth between Filene's, Macy's and a bunch of other little stores I realized that I wasn't going to find anything. I thought to myself "where did I buy clothes before?" ! It was Banana Republic. Dunno, but I walked out of there with a completely new outfit in 30 mins vs my 2 hour aimless search among other department stores. Do you guys have a store in which you always find something you like? Clotheswise.

I hate clothes shopping with a passion... I don't enjoy trying things on but I'm extremely picky (not a good combo). I just pretty much browse around and have to get lucky to find something I'm willing to try on.

I usually have a hard time finding something that fits me. A perfect fit for me is 28,30. Dress pants 29,32. I know I'm tiny...

I just find it hard to find the quality I am looking for.
Take shirts for example -- most shirts are made of thin low quality cotton that is rather 'stiff' to the feel. I like the thicker and softer quality. Linnen works too. It's really hard to find.

Nordstroms, but it usually doesn't fit, because it's designed for tiny eurotrash.

Macy's, Lord & Taylor, Bloomingdales. Same reason.

Men's wearhouse, but it's too expensive.

Express sale coming up shortly!

Oh yeah? When? I usually pick up some stuff at those.

Should be January. That's not an inside scoop, just when I think it was last year.

Cool. I've gotten really lucky with some of those in the past, picked up tons of polos (long sleeve and short sleeve) for like ~$10 apiece. Got a bunch of producer pants and relaxed chinos for $15-20

holister, is a cool place, pretty spendy though, i saw some stuff i liked at express, but that place is even more spendy

ill be keeping an eye on that sale, thanks

GAP is where I can ALWAYS find something to wear....

Banana I can, but I don't like emptying my wallet for an outfit, so it usually takes a sale, but even then its hard...

Express? Ehh once in a while. It's gotten a lot more metro in the past years...

AE.. yea sometimes...

A&F - too expensive, but there are things I like there sometimes.
