Closing Start-Up programs in Win2K?

hey guys, like my earlier post, i have a program that starts as a service that i dont want it to. there are a couple of other programs that open (that shouldnt) when i start win2k. anyway i can go through and weed them out? thanks
 
Go to
C:\Documents and Settings\"user account name"\Start Menu\Programs\Startup, cut and paste icons as you wish. I use a great little program that allows me more control.Startup Cop
