I have a ATI tv tuner card installed on my pc. (ATI TV WONDER PRO)
Because I have severe hearing loss I like to use the closed caption feature on my tv.
I want to use the same closed caption feature on my computer. The software that came with the tuner card will let me do this.
BUT! The software is very basic. Over a year ago I bought the software made by Snapstream (SNAPSTREAM BEYOND TV) to use and give more info about the tv shows, etc.
BUT!!! The Snapstream software doesn't support closed caption.
I want to be able to use my pc to record and then burn the tv show to a dvd and still have the closed caption on the dvd.
I have Windows XP service pack 2 on my pc.
Is there any software I can buy that I can use with the ATI tuner card that will let me see the closed caption as I watch it on the pc AND let me record to a dvd and keep the closed caption data whan I make a dvd?????????
I chose the ATI tuner card because it uses hardware decoding. My CPU is a old AMD T-Berd 1200 overclocked to 1300.
Any and all help is needed!!! 😀
